How do I install the BV6 Pro wireless dual baby car monitor?

Attach both cameras securely to the front-seat headrest posts so they face the children, place the display where it does not block your driving view, and power on the cameras and monitor. Use the model-specific BV6 Pro video and manual for the current bracket. If the headrest post spacing or shape is unusual, contact support before forcing the mount.

How do I pair the second BV6 Pro camera with the monitor?

Fully charge the camera until the indicator shows it is ready, then follow the pairing sequence in the BV6 Pro manual. Keep the camera and monitor close together during pairing. If pairing fails, restart both units and repeat the steps before testing the signal in the vehicle.

Can I get a replacement BV6 Pro mount, screw, cable or camera?

Replacement-part availability varies, and some items are not yet sold separately online. If the product is within warranty, contact support with your order number, model and a clear photo of the missing or damaged item. The team will review replacement options and next steps.

How long does the BV6 Pro battery last?

The BV6 Pro can typically provide around nine hours of continuous use when the display sleep setting is set to Never. Selecting a 5- or 10-minute sleep timer can extend usage time. Actual battery life varies with screen use, temperature, charging condition and signal environment.

How should I charge the BV6 Pro?

Use the original charging cable and a DC 5V 2A power adapter. Charge the camera for at least eight hours when performing a full charge. The camera does not support PD fast-charging protocols, so some PD chargers may not charge it correctly. The camera can be used while connected to power.

Why does my BV6 Pro show No Signal?

Confirm that each camera is powered on and sufficiently charged, then check that both cameras are paired. Test the camera about 50 cm from the monitor. If the signal works at close range, review camera placement and nearby wireless interference. Turn off other wireless devices temporarily and contact support if the issue continues.

How do I turn off the BV6 Pro camera and monitor?

The inline button on the power cable is used to wake or activate the screen; it does not fully power the system off. To turn the monitor off, long-press the down button on the right side of the display. Review the manual if the camera remains on or repeatedly restarts.

Will the BV6 Pro mount fit every headrest?

The BV6 Pro fits many common headrests, but integrated, unusually shaped or forward-folding headrests may not work with the standard bracket. Do not force the mount. Check the support video and send photos of the headrest to Babyvue support to confirm whether an alternative strap mount is needed.

What does the button on the BV6 Pro power cable do?

The button on the power cable activates or wakes the screen. It is not the full power-off control. Use the display controls described in the manual to change sleep settings or shut the monitor down.

Can I switch the BV6 Pro image between mirrored and original view?

Yes. The BV6 Pro supports mirror/original image adjustment. Open the display menu and select the image orientation that matches your camera position. If the menu setting does not change the view, restart the system and contact support with a short video.
