Warranty Promise
We at Babyvue are committed to providing the highest quality product and the most friendly customer-service support to our customers and understand that our success can only be achieved from your complete satisfaction.
Warranty Period
All Babyvue products come with a full 12 month warranty. Registering your Babyvue product on our website (click here) entitles you to an extra 6 months warranty for FREE (this gives you a total of 18 months of warranty).
Warranties on all replacements follow the same warranty time frame of the original defective item, or 3 months after being replaced, whichever is longer. Warranties on products are void after having been fully refunded.
Reminder: Be sure to use your product as directed.
Warranty Coverage
During the warranty period, if the original manufacture of the material or workmanship of the product is deemed to be defective, Babyvue will (at its sole option) replace the product at no charge with the same or comparable product. Products and parts replaced under this warranty become the property of Babyvue and are not returned to you. If products and/or parts require service after the warranty period expires, you must pay all labor and parts charges. Warranty coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer the product.
Not Covered under Warranty
- Items that have expired their warranty period
- Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly)
- Purchases from unauthorized re-sellers
- Modifications to any part of the product
- Products without sufficient proof of purchase
- Lost or stolen products
- Damage due to acts of nature. For example: lightning strikes, tornadoes and similar
- Free products
- Repairs through 3rd parties
- Non-quality-related issues (after 30 days of purchase)
Babyvue is not liable for
- Loss of data incurred from use of Babyvue products
- Returning personal items sent to Babyvue
