Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status via email. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Partial Refunds
In certain circumstances, partial refunds may be granted for:
Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not caused by Babyvue.
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 7 business days:
Verify your bank account or payment method used for the original purchase.
Contact your credit or debit card issuer, as official posting times may vary.
Contact your bank regarding potential processing delays. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please email us at support@babyvue.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For assistance with an exchange, please contact support@babyvue.com. Shipping times for exchanged products may vary based on your location.
Return Shipping Fee
Quality Issues: If the return is due to a product quality issue, Babyvue will cover the return shipping costs after verification.
Other Returns: For all other returns, you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you used "Pay on Delivery," the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Important Notes: Previously paid shipping costs are non-refundable. For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
Clearance Items
Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Clearance items are final sale and are not refundable.
