Warranty Period

Every Babyvue product is covered by a 12-month standard warranty.

  • Extend Your Warranty: Register your product on our website [click here] to receive an additional 6 months of coverage for FREE, bringing your total warranty period to 18 months.
  • Replacement Warranty: Replacement items are covered by the remainder of the original product's warranty period or 3 months from the date of replacement, whichever is longer.
  • Note: Warranty coverage is voided once a product has been fully refunded. Please ensure your product is used in accordance with the provided instructions.

Warranty Coverage

During the warranty period, should your product be deemed defective due to material or workmanship issues, Babyvue will, at our sole discretion, replace it with the same or a comparable product at no additional charge.

  • Ownership: Replaced products and parts become the property of Babyvue and will not be returned to you.
  • Post-Warranty: For service required after the warranty period expires, all associated labor and parts costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Transferability: Warranty coverage is non-transferable and terminates if the product is sold or transferred to a third party.

Exclusions (What is Not Covered)

Our warranty does not apply to:

  • Products with an expired warranty period.
  • Damage resulting from misuse (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water exposure, or improper operation).
  • Purchases made through unauthorized resellers.
  • Products that have been modified or tampered with.
  • Products without sufficient proof of purchase.
  • Lost or stolen items.
  • Damage caused by natural disasters (e.g., lightning strikes, tornadoes, or similar acts of nature).
  • Free or promotional products.
  • Repairs performed by unauthorized third parties.
  • Non-quality-related issues reported more than 30 days after purchase.

Liability Limitations

Babyvue is not liable for:

  • Any loss of data incurred while using Babyvue products.
  • The return or replacement of personal items sent to Babyvue along with the product.
