All applicable shipping charges are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout.

Shipping Destinations & Eligibility

Fulfillment is currently restricted to the contiguous United States. Complimentary standard shipping is automatically applied to all orders containing a primary device.

Please note: Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO military installations, and P.O. Boxes is strictly prohibited at this time.

Order Processing & Fulfillment 

Standard order processing occurs within 1 business days. Orders submitted prior to 10:00 AM PST on standard business days are eligible for same-day processing.

To ensure optimal delivery speeds, Babyvue primarily utilizes local U.S. fulfillment centers (including Amazon FBA). In the event of localized inventory depletion, your order will be automatically upgraded to expedited fulfillment from our central hub in Hong Kong. Babyvue assumes full financial responsibility for any cross-border tariffs, customs duties, or expedited shipping surcharges incurred in this scenario.

Transit Times

Estimated delivery windows commence upon dispatch. Please note these are estimates based on standard logistical conditions:

Local Fulfillment (incl. Amazon FBA): 3–7 business days

International Hub (Expedited): 7–14 business days

Address Accuracy & Reshipment

The customer bears sole responsibility for providing a complete and accurate shipping destination. Address modifications cannot be executed once an order is processed. Parcels returned to our facility due to inaccurate, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer will be subject to supplementary shipping tariffs prior to reshipment. A valid telephone number is mandatory for all transactions

Order Modification & Cancellation

To ensure rapid dispatch, orders are routed to our fulfillment network immediately upon checkout. Consequently, cancellation or modification requests must be submitted to support@babyvue.com within a strict 2-hour window post-purchase. Once an order enters the fulfillment queue, alterations or cancellations are no longer permissible.

Product Availability

We use a real-time inventory system, so if an item can be added to your shopping cart, it is in stock. If an item is out of stock, it will be reflected on the product page, and the item will not be able to be added to the cart.

Order Tracking

Upon dispatch, a confirmation email containing your tracking credentials will be issued. You may monitor your shipment's status via our "Track My Order" page. Please allow a 12- to 24-hour propagation period for carrier networks to update the tracking data.

Holidays and Delays

If there is a high volume of orders, shipping may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email in case of any significant delay. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Official Shipping FAQs

Q: What should I do if my package is marked as "Delivered" but remains unreceived?

A: Carriers may occasionally conceal parcels for security purposes. Customers are advised to inspect the immediate vicinity of the delivery address and consult with neighbors. Should the parcel remain unaccounted for after forty-eight (48) hours, please initiate an official inquiry by contacting support@babyvue.com.


Q: What if my order is delayed or tracking shows no updates?

A: Logistical updates may occasionally experience synchronization delays. However, if your shipment experiences a significant delay or tracking remains stagnant for several consecutive days, please contact our support team immediately. We will launch a carrier investigation on your behalf.

 

Q: Will my items arrive together if I order multiple products?

A: Orders containing multiple items may be dispatched separately based on inventory distribution, resulting in varied delivery dates. No additional shipping fees will be assessed for split shipments.

 

Q: I am an international buyer. Can you mark my package as a gift to avoid taxes/duties?

A: Compliance with international trade regulations is strictly enforced. Babyvue cannot falsify customs declarations or mark commercial merchandise as "Gifts," as this constitutes a violation of export laws.
